Fielding
We work multiple fielding drills with the girls to improve their fundamental fielding skills. We expect all of our girls to learn and use these skills in game time situations.
Hitting
Yes. We do several hitting drills to help prepare our girls for their big moments. We do recommend a one-on-one hitting coach to help each individual girls swing. Ask us if you need hitting coach recommendations that satisfy our philosophy of hitting.
Speed & Agility
Some of the most important training you can do for your girls is speed and agility drills. You want your girls to make amazing plays in the field? So do we. We train them to be more than a softball player, We train them to be “ATHLETES”.
